Now a days human beings suffer from many effective way. They have different problems in their regular
 activities. Everyone should have there strong physical & mental power. Many thing support to be physical & mental powerful. One of them is game. The game is one kind of exercise. There are different types of exercise & game which helps to be healthy & perfect. when we play game then our body remove & active. Game provide us more knowledge too. Every game help us to be discipline. Some games like teakwondow, karate, kickboxing helps us to fitness. Because of them every part of body have been active and removabl. So everyone sold have join any game which they like.
